Corner Shelf

Hi friends! Here is my ☘️🍀March Corner Shelf🍀☘️

The winner of my giveaway is Sandra! I have contacted you by email Sandra. Please email me with your postal address. Thank you.

I am still stitching on a peace pattern. No one else here on the blog commented and told me last time  that they are also stitching on a pattern for me peace. It is "quite the thing" on Instagram right now. I will have this piece done in less than a week and will show you. I had printed this free pattern off in December of last year actually, so I had planned to stitch it. Now that this war is happening, I decided to stitch it right now. I am praying as I stitch.

This Lenten season offers much for us to be praying and fasting for.

I hope you have a very nice weekend my friends. Thanks for stopping by. Take care.

Stitching and praying,
Vickie

Whom have I in heaven but You? And there is none upon earth that I desire besides You. My flesh and my heart fail; But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. Psalm 73:25-26

Oh Vickie I love all of your St Patrick's Day stitches, I only have a few, but I do have patterns back waiting for me to stitch. And I love your St Patrick's design and stitch. That was a labor of love! My heart and prayers go out for the people of Ukraine and I am so thankful for our IG stitchers & designers from Ukraine. Psalm 91 has carried me thru Covid and now it seems appropriate for this crisis too. God bless you my sweet friend, keep stitching...

Your March corner is such a cheerful spot in your home. You always do all the seasonal decor so well.

I always love your seasonal decorations. You have such a good eye for colour and arrangement.
I decided to put my money where my mouth is and purchase a design from a Ukrainian designer on Etsy. I figured money would be the most practical way to show support. When payday rolls around I'll chose another designer, there are a couple I really like.

Your March shelf is looking great, Vickie. I think St. Patrick's Day comes along at the perfect time of year--when we are all tired of winter and need a lot of green in our lives.

I've ordered a couple of designs from Ukrainian designers that I look forward to stitching. We've made a few charitable donations to Unicef, United Way, and World Central Kitchen, too, that I hope can at least help a bit with this horrible mess. I can hardly bear to watch the news when little children are featured, but I think it's important to not hide away and to face reality and do what you can! You take care now! ♥

Your corner shelf is lovely as always! I have saved some of the peace patterns but I don't have a plan to start one yet. It is always encouraging to be reminded of the message of peace through a beautiful needlework though!

Such a nice variety of March patterns, I love all the green!
I have seen some lovely peace patterns, but haven't started one yet because I can't decide which one to start with. I'm looking forward to seeing which one you're stitching.

Your corner shelf is beautiful Vickie. I need to stitch more St. Patrick's Day/Irish themed pieces to celebrate my heritage.
