Hi friends! Here is the April cubby shelf display.
Now let me show you the finish I have for the pedestal frame for April.
This is Sampling Easter by Lizzie Kate. I used DMC and WDW pecan and stitched it two over two on 30ct white linen. I think it is really sweet.
I have a pattern to give away courtesy of
our friend Robin I was given this pattern by Robin to pass along to one of you.
All you need to do is: be a sidebar follower of mine on this blog. Leave a comment on this post telling me you would like this pattern. I will randomly draw a name on Monday, April 15th.
Have any of you read this book?😱
WOW! This book is not fiction folks! It's a story of a REAL PSYCHOPATH! I had bad dreams for a few days during this book, not gonna lie to you. The information about the World Fair is very interesting, but I will be honest here, it dragged a bit for me.
Erik Larson—author of #1 bestseller In the Garden of Beasts—intertwines the true tale of the 1893 World's Fair and the cunning serial killer who used the fair to lure his victims to their death. Combining meticulous research with nail-biting storytelling, Erik Larson has crafted a narrative with all the wonder of newly discovered history and the thrills of the best fiction.
I am still stitching that Easter piece. It is a bigger one, for me anyhow. I am getting there!
“I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful. You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” John 15:1-5
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you have a "Spectacular" week!
Stitching and praying,
Vickie
