💗Henry💗

Hi friends! I finished the Henry pattern I was working on. 🐩The pattern is only called #615, how about we call it           💗Henry💗 by Helen Burgess🐩

I have had this pattern in my stash for years! When I purchased it, Henry looked just like the picture.

For the last year now we have been cutting his ears short, so I asked our artistic daughter Madeleine to once again help me out with the pattern. 😊 She made the ears shorter and worked the shading. I got rid of the collar, as Henry really does not wear a collar. I also used my own color choices, much lighter to match Henry's colors. I stitched this two over two on 32ct Blue Ice Belfast linen with Anchor flosses and GA Lambswool. I am waiting to frame this, BECAUSE I also have a pattern of our dear Mabel in my stash that I NEED to stitch SOON.

I am now stitching an Easter piece! I do not recall EVER stitching out of season! I am doing this because a dear IG friend loaned me her Brenda Gervais Jellybean Jubilee pattern book and I want to get it back to her. I stitched one pattern from the book earlier this year. I am now working on another. I have two more I want to do also!! I plan to do another Christmas gift first though. Are you working on Christmas gifts yet?

Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.  Romans 15:13

Oh friends do be careful while you are out and about. The virus is still alive and well and thriving and many people are dying. I don't want it to be YOU.

God bless you and thank you for stopping by today. I am so glad you did. I do hope you have a lovely weekend!

Stitching and praying,

Vickie

Oh how cute, but your Henry is also a sweetheart, I'd love to take that too.
I've also started other embroidery outside of the season, so you'll have it ready on time next year. I'm looking forward to seeing it.
Have a nice weekend my friend.

Henry is too cute.
Sometimes I stitch out of season if it's something that I really like & want to get done.
Continued prayers for your Aunt.

Henry in stitches is adorable. Well done on getting him stitched and well done on Madeleine's assistance with his ears. Hmm, my Christmas gift stitching is finished. I have a few pieces that are still at the finishers, but the stitching has been taken care of. Have a wonderful weekend, Vickie!

I do stitch out of season, I am one that if I see the pattern it catch's my eye that is what I will stitch or if I need a gift soon.

"Henry" is just adorable and looks just like the real thing! I typically stitch out of season. I do it so I'll actually finish the project and be able to display it when the right season arrives.
