October

Hi friends!  Here is the 🍁September Cubby Shelf Display🍁

These are all stitched over one. Except the little October pillow on top. You may notice my Hands On Design, A Year Of Celebrations October pattern looks quite different! I created my own. We do not celebrate Halloween. That was the reason I thought about not stitching this series back in 2016, from the 2014 Cross Stitch & Needlework magazines. It is SO cute, I just had too. 😊 I was able to keep the basic layout. I just came up with an Autumn theme instead and I love it.

And here is the 🦔🍄October Corner Shelf🍄🦔

Very similar to the September Corner Shelf, but hey, 🤷‍♀️, I honestly did take it all down, dust it and reassemble it slightly different. Maybe you can spot a few different cross stitch pieces and 🐩 from last month.

I am now stitching an autumn piece I found while digging around getting organized for Christmas stitching. It is partially stitched. I started it several years ago and tucked it away and forgot about it! I do believe I have time to get this one done. I hope I do not create more stress for myself here. Probably!

Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.  Matthew5:11-12

I hope you have a wonderful week my friends. Thank you for stopping by.

The migraine is still nasty. Still going nowhere. Still on the daily steroid from the doctor. Unbelievable.

Stitching and praying,

Vickie

Your shelf is always nice to look at, because you have a wonderful piece of jewelry in your apartment.
There are also wonderful motifs on your corner shelf.
I keep my fingers crossed that you will soon be better.
Greetings and Hugs, Martina

Vickie: I hope you are feeling a little better today.
I love your shelves, they are adorable, that hedge hog is so sweet, one of my favorites of yours.
The October with the owls is so sweet also.
We do not celebrate Halloween however we do go to Mass on November 1st All Saints Day.
I used to display halloween designs until we talked to a Priest Friend of ours that changed our minds.
You positively were created to be with poodles, you are so cute.
Beautiful Scripture.

Both the cubby and the corner unit are looking very fall, Vickie! Thinking of you and continuing to pray for relief.

Vickie, I am so sorry to hear about the headaches. My poor daughter has them too. I know how disabling they are! Your cubby does look wonderful. I love all the pretty Fall stitching.

Vickie, I sure hope you get relief from the migranes soon. They are horrible. Love your Autumnal corner shelf.

Having never experienced a migraine, I can only imagine how painful it must be, Vickie--especially one that lasts for so long. I pray that you get some relief soon! Your October shelf and cubby are so cute--I didn't even bother to put out some of my fall stitching this year... Think I will move straight into Thanksgiving decorating :) Enjoy your weekend!

I'm trying to catch up and stay on top of reading... we'll see!
Your October is very sweet and of course autumn is perfect for that month. I love your corner shelf, I don't remember seeing the mushroom before? The owls and hedgehog are adorable!
Hugs to you!
