August Hands On Design

Hi friends! I finished the "A Year of Celebrations: August" pattern by Hands On Design. This is found in the September 2014 issue of Cross Stitch & Needlework Magazine.
I stitched this on 25ct New Khaki linen one over one with DMC.
I had a hard time getting those little "things" stitched in 3799 to show up in pictures. What are they? Bugs? Wheat? Dunno.
I am working on a small freebie right now.

I thank every, single one of you who left a sweet comment and who are praying for dear Jenny. God bless you! She is still in the hospital and will be for days yet. Her pain is being managed. Come on white blood cells! INCREASE!!! PLEASE!!!

I see the neurologist tomorrow. I am not improved with the headaches my friends.  Thank you for caring.♥

Have a super week!

Stitching and praying,
Vickie

Continued prayers for you and Jenny. God's Grace is sufficient. Love your August finish; I wondered if the spots are supposed to be watermelon seeds with the red center motif being a watermelon; just not sure. Oh, well, it is so darn cute so who cares! LOL Good luck at your dr appointment. Hang in there, so many care about you!!

Oh, dear, I'm so sorry to hear your headaches are no better, Vickie--there must be SOMETHING out there to help you... I hope your doctors find it soon.

Love your little August piece--such great colors for this time of the summer...

Could they be sunflower seeds? Other than that, I have no clue. Lovely finishes. :)

I will keep praying for Jenny, and you as well sweet friend.

Blessings always

Another lovely finish for your cubby. I assumed the black bits were sunflower seeds falling from the sunflower? The birds here love them, they pick them out of the mixed food first!

Sweet August piece! Do you find it easy to stitch over one on 25 count fabric? Both you and Jenny continue to be in my prayers. Good luck at your neurologist appointment tomorrow.

Every time you share your box with your monthly stitches, I know I just have to have one. I just love it.

Not sure what those little things are in August but I do love those designs.
