Easter Stitching!

Hi friends! I hope you all had a Blessed Easter. We celebrated with our children and saw Jacob and Kristen outside. As a reminder for those of you who do not know or who have forgotten, Brian and I are Orthodox Christian, so we will celebrate Easter on May 2nd this year.

Jelly Bean Garden by Brenda Gervais🐰

Isn't she precious?! This is my favorite of the seven Easter patterns. I will be stitching more, but for now have moved onto another monthly piece. This was stitched two over two on 32ct light turquoise linen from my stash. The trim and backing material shown are from my stash also.

These are all stitched over one. Except the little April pillow on top.

We are getting vaccinated this week! Hooray! Hooray!

“Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.” Colossians 3:2

It has warmed up here. It is so nice and mild. The windows are open and the birds are singing. I have my doctor's appointment in two weeks for my back. I am hoping and praying he can give me a steroid shot to relieve me of this constant pain.

I hope and pray you are doing well wherever you are my friends. Take care. Be safe. Have a great week! Thank you for your dear comments.

Stitching and praying,

Vickie

The doodle poodle graphic at the end of your post is darling. Well done on your bunny finish. It is adorable, Vickie. I pray that you won't have any side effects to the shot. Have a great week!

Isn't it just lovely with all the bright colours one can use for Easter and spring stitching?!
Over here in Sweden it's taking forever to get the vaccine. Neither of my parents have received it yet and I'll be happy if I get mine this year... Hopefully they will have ironed out all the problems by then at least.
Hope you don't get any side effects <3.

The graphic at the bottom of your post is awesome! Cute new pillow to add to your April Cubby Shelf, which looks fun and festive as always. We've both had both of our vaccines... glad to be able to cross that off my to-do list.

That is such an adorable design. I have the charts , maybe next Spring. We had a wonderful Easter. My DD, my DH and I all have been fully vaccinated so we were able to spend the day together. What a blessing! Love your cubby , it is getting very full!

What a joy-filled post! I love the little Jellybeans, how much would it be if we could grow them on a tree?
Glad you are getting the vaccine, MIL had her second today, my parents are due at the weekend and we are due in May so we will all be protected. Just the under fifties who have to wait!

Good evening! I wasn't drawn to the jelly bean patterns when I first saw them, but now...LOL I am so glad that you were able to receive your first dose of vaccine. I have two more weeks until dose number two...then...a trip to visit my son! I saw him in October 2019. We talk every day, but it's not just the same. I need a hug. LOL Have a fabulous weekend.

Jelly Bean Garden is a cheerful design. I've seen a few finishes of this which have tempted me to get this design.

That is so adorable, I love all those colours! You finished it beautifully, the perfect trim.
A sweet cube for April and although it's a little on the cooler side here right now, it's still nice.
Yay for getting your jabs! I'll get my second one at the end of the month.
