🍀🌈St. Patrick's Day Stitching

Hi friends! I am still stitching St. Patrick's Day patterns over here. March is always a month to honor my Irish heritage.💚 This is a very old 🍀freebie from The Sampler Girl. 🍀

I omitted the date on the very bottom, lower right and put in a cross from an Irish pattern from Hands On Design from a 2015 pattern I have. Stitched one over two on 40 ct mystery linen.

🍀Irish Soda Bread🍀

Recipe courtesy of dear Sharon 💚  This was my first time baking Soda Bread. And the first time we all had it! It was delicious!

🍀🌈St. Patrick's Day Freebie from eastcoast.crafter 🌈🍀

Stitched two over two with DMC and VMSS on light mint green 28ct evenweave.

I have one more St. Patrick's Day piece I need to finish up.

This was a fantastic audio book! This story follows the life of Elisa, a young woman in Texas who discovers courage and strength during the Dust Bowl. This focuses mainly on the relationship between mother and daughter. It also exposes problems of racism and classism that occurred during this time due to the have and have-nots.

My back pain is slightly less. The numbness in my left leg is barely improved. I do have an appointment with a physiatrist for next month. Brian found another well rated doctor and he had openings sooner than the other doctor, so I am going with him. I would rather be seen a month sooner! Not sure what the treatment will be, but first I need to be seen! Perhaps a steroid injection?

“For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love. For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.” 2 Peter 1:5-8

Thank you for stopping by. I hope and pray you are well and safe. Have a good weekend my friends!

Stitching and praying,

Vickie

I actually made this neck tie as a gift for my niece's dog, I did not realize it was WAY TOO SMALL FOR HIM!🙄 SO Little Henry got an Easter neck tie! And of course, I made another BIG one for Lenny, my niece's lab mix.🐾🖤

Love all your pretty St.Patrick's Day stitching. That is a book I plan to either read or listen to. Our library has huge backups so it will be awhile. Glad your back is better. I would be very interested in how that Dr. works.

You certainly went all out for St. Patrick's Day, everything looks great. Awe, little Henry looks very dashing in his tie!
I didn't realize it will be a different Dr you'll be seeing, but I'm so glad you don't have to wait so long.
