💗Do Small Things with Great Love💗

Hi friends! 💗Do Small Things with Great Love by LizzieKate💗

This wonderful pattern was given to me by our friend Donna Thank you once again Donna. I have passed it along to another stitcher.💕 This is a favorite saying of mine, as it is one of Mother Teresa's quotes. More accurately: “We cannot all do great things. But we can do small things with great love.” ~ Mother Teresa. Jan 31, 2017💙 I stitched this one over one on 28ct Bo Peep Pink Cashel linen with DMC and VMSS.

Our friend Lee sent me lovely gifts just for being a frequent, faithful commenter on her blog.

The Pulled Thread Embroidery is just lovely. Can you even imagine the hours of work that went into this friends?!? I look forward to finding just the right color background to show off the stunning work and then framing it.

The pulled thread pink heart is also fantastic! The kloster blocks with petite beads are just so lovely. Thank you once again Lee.💗

📚 The Other Bennet Sister by Janice Hadlow. Have you read it? If you love Jane Austen, you should read this! It is so well written. A very enjoyable book. Every character we know and love. This book gives a whole new compatible story to Mary's life.
I am just finishing the stitching on Bent Creek Shamrock Row. I HOPE to get it completely finished by St. Patrick's Day this week! I don't know. Wish me LUCK!!🍀

“We rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.” Romans 5:3-5

I have an appointment with a physiatrist, but not until May 20th. 😒 I did not even know this kind of specialist doctor existed until my physical therapist recommended I see one. I put myself on the cancellation list. I am hoping and praying I get in sooner. My left leg and foot go entirely numb some days. Not to mention the constant pain my back is in morning, noon and night.

Take care my friends. I hope you stay well and get vaccinated soon!

Stitching and praying,
Vickie

What a sweet pillow. My prayer is for physical relief for you SOON! I got my 1st vaccine Friday. My husband and parents got their 2nd vaccines the same day. No after effects at all for any of them.

I totally love your pillow, so sweet.
Nice gifts, pulled threads are one of my things I do not like to do.
Beautiful heart.
Thank-you for the book review.

Such a pretty finish, Vickie! It looks lovely as a little pillow.

I had never heard of a physiatrist before--the things you learn from fellow stitchers! I sure hope you can get in soon--your numbness really scares me. Still keeping you in my prayers... Take extra good care of yourself now ♥

That is an adorable finish and it's perfect that you stitched it so small too!
I do hope this new expert can help you.
Hubby and I have both had our first dose over the past week and booked the second for the end of May.

I'm so sorry to hear you're in pain again, I pray you can get in sooner to see the Dr. How nice that they have a cancellation list, not everyone does. Sending hugs your way!
