He Is Risen!

Hi friends! Happy Easter to my fellow Orthodox Christians!
This is my latest finish I want to share with you.
🌸🌼This is Quaker Easter Egg by Bent Creek🌼🌸 I chose my own colors to "pink" it up!💗 I stitched this with VMSS and DMC. Thank you dear Georgia for this lovely pattern❣️ I backed this with Dahlia velvet from elegantstitch.ladydotcreates. I absolutely love this egg❣️ Do you like Pansy, Flora and Violet, my little poodle triplets?! 🐩🐩🐩

I would like to show you the rest of my corner shelf display for April now also.
I am SO happy to once again be eating dairy products and meat! I don't mind giving up meat so much for all of Lent, but I sure do miss the dairy!!  I am a HUGE cheese lover!!🧀

"For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.”  Luke 19:10

I hope and pray you all stay well. I am disappointed, saddened and disgusted that protests have begun in our area, in our state, protesting the extension of the safer at home order from our Governor. What is wrong with people? Are Americans THAT entitled? Do they understand death and disease that little?

Thank you for stopping by my friends. God bless you. I am praying for you.

Stitching and praying,
Vickie

Happy Easter dear Vickie,
a beautiful new pattern, and in your colors. And your corner shelf is perfectly decorated.
These are difficult times, not just the restrictions, but also the easing now, and I do not understand the President that he wants to force states that want to be more secure. He is more concerned with the economy - it is obviously difficult, but a relapse because you reopen too quickly is much worse.
I hope and pray for you that everything is fine with you.
Take care, Martina

I think you all have Trump to blame for the protests, the man is an idiot. Please could you let me know the name of the design in the top photo - the rabbit in a jacket. Sandra.

Happy blessed Easter Vickie ,
Love the display so very pretty .
It's hard to see the young ones wanting to stay unlocked .
But this virus will kill anyone not just the old .
To see the photos of peoples loved ones and doctors and nurses who have been taken from us , is heartbreaking .
It took some time here for the younger people to stay in but when it gets worse they will that's for sure .
Have a lovely Sunday.

Your egg looks fabulous, you chose such beautiful spring colours! The triplets are precious, as well as the rest of your sweet pink spring shelves.
They had a protest in Annapolis yesterday, I don't get it. Let's stay put, stop the spreading, and go from there. Virtual hugs to you!

Lovely Easter display, some gorgeous designs there.
I am glad that all my American friends have the right idea and are staying safe. As usual, it's a load of over-entitled middle-aged white men who think they are being hard done by.
Hope you are staying safe and well.

Happy Easter, Vickie! I love your icon! I love your new He Is Risen stitch! I think I have that one. I should make it. :) Your blackbird Peter Rabbit is adorable too! Your cubby shelf for this season is darling! On the shelf with all the little pillow, which one is the pink flower and blue bird on the right? I really like it! I hope you have a blessed Easter season!

Vickie, I hope you had a lovely Easter. Your latest finish is beautiful and love how you "pinked" it up! Your corner shelf is so nicely decorated for the season and for Easter. I have had to cut way back on my cheese eating, it's my favorite food. So, I can see why giving that up was much more difficult than meat. stay well!!

Vickie: Happy Blessed Easter.
I love the colors you chose so fresh and bright.
The little Black Bunny oval, can you tell us which designer it is from, I love it.
I am tickled you named the three poodles so sweet.
I am ashamed of the people that are protesting, what a bunch of morons, do they really
think this is helping, no I think not, when my niece was in collage she said there were people that would pay people to protest, I am sure this is one of those times, no we are not entitled, sadly they will make things worse and keep us in lockdown for months.
Stay Healthy

Your stitching is so cute and your shelf is gorgeous! And I'm glad to be back with you all <3. Here's hoping that you stay safe despite some peoples' ignorant behaviour. Over here in Sweden it is mostly some of the younger generation who doesn't take this pandemic seriously.
