Hi friends! I have all three Cally ornaments stitched. (I am not stitching one for Jacob and Kristen.) I have to finish them off into ornaments yet, but I am safe in showing them to you here. None of the family checks my blog. Yes, I only took one picture. I really did stitch three!
HA! Don't you love it?! Maybe you need to see Cally again to appreciate the ornament. This is a free pattern by Brooke's Books called Merry Christmas Grumpy Kitty. You can find it HERE“Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of such things God’s wrath comes on those who are disobedient. Therefore do not be partners with them. For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light.” —Ephesians 5:6-8
Are you being safe my friends? Are you making hard decisions? It breaks my heart. We are NOT having Jacob and Kristen here for Thanksgiving. Actually, every year, we either go by my Mom's or my MIL's. We are NOT doing that this year. We are all staying by our own homes. BECAUSE WE CARE AND BECAUSE WE LOVE EACH OTHER AND WE WANT TO BE HERE FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEXT YEAR. Friends, be smart. Be Safe. Happy Thanksgiving! God bless you!
Stitching and praying,
Vickie

Oh my how cute! It looks just like Cally! I love her blue eyes! They are so light and clear! Your pedestal stand is darling. You must have something stitched for every season now! Have a Happy Thanksgiving this week!
Oh sweet little Cally makes me smile. You did an awesome job on stitching her. Aww little sweet Henry at the end of the post made me smile as well. Such sweeties. Oh yes, I pray everyone stays safe. We are so close to getting something that can help us survive this horrible virus, we just have to hang in there a little longer. Wishing you and your sweet family a most joyous Thanksgiving. ((hugs)) -V

Good advice Vickie.
You did an excellent job capturing your kitty!!
She really does look like Cally, Vickie! I stitched the original Grumpy Cat for my son a few years back--he always makes me smile :) We are all alone for Thanksgiving, too, this year. I'm sad, but I know it's for the best! Take care now and Happy Thanksgiving ♥
What a resemblance to Cally. Beautiful. You finish the pedestal beautifully too.
Cute Cally Cat ornament. The pedestal piece looks great, too. Happy Thanksgiving!
I love your Cally kitty! Such a grumpy looking cat but I am sure she is a sweetie really.
The Christmas Sampling is lovely and I love the idea of adding a little poodle too. The pedestal stand is a great way to display your work.
Glad to hear that you are being sensible over the forthcoming weeks. You really can't take chances this year.
What a good likeness on the ornament! So cute. My DD lives only a half hour away but she works so will not be joining us, yes! very difficult!
Cally is really cute, and the ornament already looks great.
Yes, we are fine and we adhere to the guidelines. So much is different this year, but we have to persevere and then you can do it.
Take good care of yourself.
Martina
