A Whole Lotta Valentine Stitchin'

Hi friends! Welcome new friends! Is it warming up by you? Still cold and snowy around here!

I have been busy stitching Valentine pieces this month. I need to show you what I have been busy making.

Be My Valentine freebie from LizzieKate
I stitched this two over two with DMC on 32ct Angel Blush Zweigart Belfast linen.

πŸ’–πŸ’—AlwaysπŸ’—πŸ’–
Free design from Heart In Hand Designs. I added pinks to the bottom border.πŸ’— I stitched this two over two with the called for DMC.

πŸ’—πŸ’˜'Happy Heart Heart Day' by The Trilogy.
I finished this flatfold courtesy of Vonna's tutorial of course. I give her credit!! I do NOT really enjoy finishing! I do enjoy them once they are done❣️ I stitched this two over two on 30ct WDW Baby's Breath linen. The only color I kept that was called for was the red, DMC 221. Otherwise I chose all my own and they were mostly my favorite VMSS flosses. The mother of pearl buttons came from my big 'ol jar of white buttons.πŸ’— The fabric it is laying on is the finishing fabric.

I have a giveaway going on RIGHT NOW FOR THIS CHART!  Please see my last blog entry to enter to win THIS chart!

I am stitching up another monthly piece right now.

I received this sweet Valentine from Astrid  πŸ’Œ Thank you once again Astrid❣️

“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?…No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”  Romans 8:35, 37-39

Thank you for stopping by my friends! I hope you have a stitchtastic week!

Stitching and praying,
Vickie

Cally turned officially 8 years old Sunday! Her adoption papers have her real birthday printed on them. Isn't she just precious?! I just love to pick her up and hug her. You should see the look she gives me. Totally Grumpy Cat.πŸ˜†πŸ˜»

  7. Oh, Cally is just too precious...does she curl up on your lap when you stitch? My cat cuddles up next to me as soon as I get in my stitching chair...I just love the company of a purring cat!! Your finishes on both the free stitches are so pretty. I have hardly any Valentine stitches and they both look so quick to stitch, I'm going to make note of these patterns to stitch for next year. Enjoy your week and I'm hope it warms up for you.
