Yikes!

Realistically, MOST people can't stick to eating 90% veggies/fruits every day so don't sweat it. For me, I just find it easier to stick to a plan where I add a BIG helping of veggies to two of my three meals and make sure to get a big helping of fruit in for breakfast and/or as a snack. It's good for you and you automatically end up cutting some other 'bad' stuff out because you don't have room for it. lol

*MORE good thoughts for Mabel*Melaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06230362349362748862noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-407963254674094722.post-10275887170115558892012-05-31T05:18:34.852-05:002012-05-31T05:18:34.852-05:00I am sorry to hear that Mabel is having such a slo...I am sorry to hear that Mabel is having such a slow recovery and that the future is uncertain. I guess you can only take it day by day.
That sounds like a tough food plan that many might follow, but not me. I'm one of those things that you are now stitching for a magnet.marlyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05252451302831115791noreply@blogger.com
